~Swedish Massage: Melt away stress with this classic massage that is rhythmic and thorough using Swedish techniques. It is tailored to the individual in order to address muscular aches and pains to soothe both body and mind.

~Prenatal Massage: Provides comfort and care during this special time. The gentle touch of massage coupled with careful stretching during pregnancy benefits mother and baby. A nurturing touch is used to knead, compress, and release the stress from your entire body, increasing circulation, cleansing the system, and producing positive endorphins. Special pillows and wedges are used for maximum comfort. Available after the first trimester all the way to your due date.

~Sports Massage: Focuses on muscles relevant to the sport you play, from running to cross fit and everything in between. The goal is to enhance endurance, lessen chance of injury, shorten recovery time after an event, and maintain optimal condition. This form of bodywork also is beneficial before an event or while in training.

~Hot Stone Massage: This ancient healing modality uses the density and radiant energy of hot stones to release and remove tension from your muscles on the deepest level. This treatment is also good for athletes after an event to soothe sore and overworked muscles.*

~Deep Tissue Massage: Similar to Swedish massage, but with deeper pressure that is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue.

Infant massage training can be taught before baby’s arrival or once baby is home. It is easiest to teach new parents before baby is born and mom is able to focus all of her energy on training. I demonstrate how to safely massage your newborn at home using a baby doll and we work together to help you feel comfortable with all the strokes and positions. Once your baby is born, I am more than happy to come to your home and help you get started for a little added comfort in the process. I know it can be overwhelming and I am here to help.  ♡♡♡
